Tampa Theatre and AEG Presents are proud to announce the award-winning true-crime podcast Criminal is coming LIVE to Tampa Theatre at 8:00pm Saturday, April 18 September 19.

“Criminal is a true crime podcast that understands crime as something sociological, historical, even anthropological - that crime is a function of people, time, and place,” says New York Magazine. “With incredible sound design, marvelous writing, and a boldness in the way it makes its choices, there are few shows that feel more alive.”

Host Phoebe Judge presents brand new stories of people who’ve done wrong, been wronged, or gotten caught somewhere in the middle, told live on stage, and scored and mixed live by co-creator Lauren Spohrer. Each story is accompanied visuals—photographs of forensic evidence, historical court documents, and original animations by Julienne Alexander.

“[It’s] the thinking person’s true crime podcast,” says The News & Observer, and “perfect for: People who wish true crime shows had more rigorous journalistic standards,” adds Time.

Get to know the Criminal team, peek behind the curtain of how they find stories, and you might even find yourself being questioned by Phoebe Judge.

Tickets range from $29.50 -$39.50 plus applicable fees (from $34.50-$44.50 total at the Box Office & from $38-$48.50 total online)
